Mike is a member of the Australian Institute of Engineers with over 40 years’ experience and has spent the majority of his career in the detailed design and layout of process plants. Driven to achieve results through strategic planning and professional relationship building, Mike is dedicated to building strong teams within an organisation through motivation, strong team development and good hiring practices, with a natural affinity for cultivating relationships and building consensus among diverse individuals. In the last 20 years Mike has specialised in delivering engineering projects for process plants from concept through to construction and commissioning, for clients including Bechtel, Fluor Daniel, Worley Parsons, SNC Lavalin and Ausenco.
